Water Belongs to the People

Not to developers, large corporations, distant municipalities, nor date centers. Our water starts here, we need to protect and wisely steward it for future generations. I will oppose buy-and-dry schemes, industrial uses that take excessive water with minimal local benefit (such as data centers), and prevent sale of valuable water rights to distant cities, keeping our local water in Northern Colorado.

Residents VS. Metro Districts

Who controls Metro Districts? Not the homeowners. We need to give control back to the residents, the deserve a voice in the financial future of the neighborhoods.

Attainable Housing 

Something has gone wrong with the American Dream. You work hard, but home ownership drifts further away or is becoming a financial burden, consuming more of the family paycheck. The people of HD 64 deserve better, and I’ll work to deliver it through encouraging more modest housing with lowered impact fees, streamlined permitting to speed up construction, and prevent private equity and corporate ownership of our scarce housing stock.

 Keeping agriculture in viable in Colorado leads to improved food security, lower grocery prices, preservation of open lands, and supports rural economies.
